Better Together Vaccine Equity Training Proposal

The Black Chamber of Commerce of New Mexico has commissioned Black medical professionals to develop and deliver culturally sensitive vaccine equity health and training modules, and we have incorporated information regarding underlying medical conditions that adversely affect the Black Community.

If you are interested in hosting a one-hour event from November 2024 through May 2025, and can guarantee a minimum of fifty (50) participants, please execute the proposal for consideration.

What is the cost for usage of your facility and clearly specify everything you propose to provide.
